Specifications include, but are not limited to: DAILY: A. Clean and polish the drinking fountain. B. Wet mop (soap) and spray buff all hard surfaced floors. C. Empty all wastebaskets and large receptacles inside and outside of terminal and replace can liners. *Waste collected shall be placed in the outside dumpster located at Museum Entrance. D. Sweep and clean outside entrance ways and around outside of terminal. E. Clean all glass doors, panels. F. Clean windows inside and out. G. Fill up soap dispensers in restrooms. H. Clean commodes, urinals, mirrors, wash basins in all restrooms (Contractor shall furnish disinfectant). I. Wipe down walls and partitions in bathrooms with damp sponge using disinfectant. J. The “Janitorial Work Schedule Checklist” shall be furnished on a daily basis to Kenna Lavalais with the City of Alexandria ATRANS Bus Department @ kenna.lavalais@cityofalex.com. DAILY: "SPOT-CHECK" Between the hours of 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM and also 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM. A. Pick up trash both inside and outside the bus terminal. B. Check entire facility including restrooms and clean any and all messes found on commodes, urinals, mirrors, wash basins, walls, floors, etc. WEEKLY: A. Clean all baseboards. B. Hose down area outside terminal. QUARTERLY: A. Strip and wax all hard surface and tile floors at a mutually agreed upon date and time. OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL HOURLY SERVICES: A. The set hourly rate for additional cleaning services such as dirty restroom, additional trash pickup, an additional daily "spot- check", etc.
