Remove and replace existing exterior perimeter window sealants. 2. Wet glaze existing exterior perimeter window. D. Existing Brick and Stone: 1. Remove and replace existing brick joint sealants. 2. Repoint existing exterior brick and stone. E. Existing Building Expansion Joints: 1. Replace existing expansion joints with new exterior expansion joints. F. Water Repellents: 1. Install new siloxane sealer over prepared substrates.
