Specifications include, but are not limited to: Anderson School District One is seeking proposals from qualified sources to establish a contract with vendor(s) to replace the HVAC Equipment at Cedar Grove Elementary. Unit Ventilator Replacement: 1. Remove/Replace unit ventilators per the attached drawings. 2. Provide piping at unit ventilators as indicated on the attached drawings. 3. The above ceiling supply, return, and bypass ball valves shown on the piping detail shall be installed and reconnected to the existing unit ventilator piping during the summer when the building water loop will be shut down. 4. Unit ventilators will be provided by the owner. Equipment schedules are shown for proper coordination of the work. 5. Electrical and controls work will be by the owner. Fan Coil Unit Replacement: 1. Replace unit ventilators per the attached drawings. 2. Provide piping at unit ventilators as indicated on the attached drawings. 3. The above ceiling supply, return, and bypass ball valves shown on the piping detail shall be installed and reconnected to the existing fan coil piping during the summer when the building water loop will be shut down. 4. Unit ventilators will be provided by the owner. Equipment schedules are shown for proper coordination of the work. 5. Electrical and controls work will be by the owner.
