Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of this project will consist of the envelope/shell renovation of the existing two-story, 6,000 SF all-masonry building, construction type VB, with an occupancy of Assembly type A-3 and Business as non-separated mixed-use. Work will include interior and partial exterior demolition, repair and replacement of roof and roof structure, repair and replacement of 2nd story floor structure, installation of additional steel structure, installation of masonry elevator hoistway, installation of new interior stair framing, rough-in for future utilities (including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection), replacement of windows, new storefront and other openings, and other Work indicated in the contract documents. (Site work, interior scope of work and City Hall building will be addressed in a separate bid package.)
