• Debris is generated from street sweeping, sanitary sewer line cleaning, storm sewer line cleaning, hydro-excavation, and storm drain (catchbasin) cleaning. • Debris is generally comprised of dirt, rock of various sizes, sand, tree debris (leaves, needles, sticks, etc.), and silt. • The City of Salem generates approximately 2500 tons of debris annually at the WPF. • Debris will be hauled as needed throughout the year. • Bids shall be for debris tonnage ONLY for disposal. • Bids shall not include additional hourly rates. • Trucks will be weighed at landfill scales. Payment will be based on net weight derived from individual weight tickets. • Landfill shall be no further than fifty (50) miles from the intersection of Turner Rd SE and Airway Drive SE, Salem, OR.
