Specifications include, but are not limited to: Network Video Recorders (NVR) DOR’s main building in Salem currently has 2 new NVR’s running exacqVision VMS model IP08-240T-R4Z-E-H1. DOR’s 5 Field Offices each have older model NVRs which are now aged and beyond the support and licensing lifecycle. Field offices are located in Portland, Gresham, Bend, Medford and Eugene. DOR intends to replace only the 5 NVRs located in each of the five field offices with a new NVR each, with the following requirements: NVR requirements include: Windows OS. Enterprise level licensing compatible with existing DOR exacqVision NVRs and cameras. Viewable with the currently used client, simultaneously from DOR HQ Can be OS and client updated and patched. The capacity to host up to 24 IP cameras each. 4. Ability to use AD for authentication, AD groups for permissions. 5. Time and date marking for evidence admissibility. 6. Motion recording that is stable and not jumpy or missing time. 7. Must be on-premises storage. (Not cloud) 8. After-sale ongoing support available 9. Minimum storage of 45 days of video. 10. Manufacturer Warranty. 11. NVRs and cameras must comply with National Defense Authorization Act guidelines. DOR retains the option to add maintenance for additional NVRs at other locations as needed for the period of 5 years from the date of contract. DOR retains the option to purchase additional NVR and camera equipment from the successful bidder as needed for the period of 5 years from the date of contract. Cameras DOR intends to immediately replace 5 existing exterior cameras. Exterior cameras replaced at the Salem Office may require a high lift or adequately tall ladder to reach the building’s 2nd level. Cabling is provided by DOR and is pre-installed. Camera service to include a firmware update on 35 cameras. Additional cameras may require update as identified by technician to meet current DOR requirements. Camera requirements: 1. Must work with existing DOR cameras and NVRs. 2. DOR to retain ownership of the cameras. 3. Bid must include appropriate licensing for the number of cameras to be connected to the exacqVision NVRs 4. Cameras that are visually clear in light and near dark. 5. Camera’s chipsets, brand and manufacturers must not be prohibited for federal contractors, and they must be NDAA compliant. 6. Manufacturer Warranty and after sale ongoing support 7. Minimum of 5 Mega Pixels. Current IP Cameras in use: Axis, Illustra, and Samsung
