Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Demolish existing secondary chilled water pump SP-1 and the portion of chilled water piping systems to the limit of demolition noted on the drawings. B. Provide new in-line secondary chilled water pumps SP-1 and SP-2 and new chilled water piping to connect the existing piping systems. C. Integrate control of the existing CP-1 and CP-2, new SP-1 and SP-2, and existing ACCU-1 into existing BMS by CCI. SP-1 and SP-2 shall operate in a lead/standby configuration and modulate via to maintain differential pressure in the chilled water loop via differential pressure sensor located in Building A. D. Provide new BMS temperature sensors as indicated on the plans and integrate into the existing BMS by CCI.
