Remove topsoil 15' beyond building footprint and provide level pad, scarify 8 inches deep and recompact to 95% Standard Proctor Density. Adjust moister as needed. Import structural fill as needed. Owner will provide location. Slab on grade shall be 3500 psi concrete 6" thick (smooth finish) having a 6" slump, #4 rebar 2' on center each way with 6" ODOT Type A agg base beneath it compacted to 95%. Agg base shall be covered with at least 15 mil vapor barrier. Provide Termite Pretreat. Expansion joints and saw cuts for both Interior and Exterior concrete shall be per industry standards. Interior slab shall be finished smooth and sealed. Provide 400-amp panel with breakers. Service to the building shall be underground, (contractor shall coordinate with utility company for power and meter); Alternate #1: Provide Interior buildout of bathrooms and office spaces. Provide all electrical and plumbing as needed to comply with code, also provide one raceway for internet per office and two in; ALternate #2: Provide spray foam for metal building. Walls and roof.
