Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Clean-up duties shall include surveying sites, collecting trash and debris, dismantling temporary structures, removal of trash and debris, removal of graffiti, removal of human waste and mitigation of identified human waste area, which may include spreading garden lime and the removal of the contaminated soil, disinfecting hardscapes, and State approved handling, removal, and disposal of all involved materials. Sorting personal items, bagging, and storing in City storage container. Disposal shall be at a site permitted to accept such materials. 2. Service Provider shall supply all labor, training, material, tools, protective clothing and gear, and equipment that is required or necessary to perform the tasks of handling, removing, transporting, and disposal of the waste materials, and leaving a clean site. 3. Service Provider shall coordinate with the City on a site-by-site basis to determine the work order for each encampment clean-up. The work order will establish the site start date, estimated timeframe of work and any staging area and traffic control if required, along with the name of the onsite representative. 4. Service Provider is responsible for the supervision and management of its crew and sub-contractors, and ensuring all necessary safety procedures are followed. This individual will serve as the City’s contact. 5. Service Provider shall photograph the encampment site before and after cleaning and provide electronic copy of each photograph to the City.
