Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Spartanburg County Planning and Development Department is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms for on-call Planning and Development projects for Spartanburg County, South Carolina. The selected firm(s) will provide a comprehensive range of on-call planning services tailored to the County’s needs. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following planning services: • Zoning Ordinance – reconciliation, revisions, and roll-out • Current Planning – Review of development plans, plats, and subdivision of property to include comments on compliance with various ordinances and regulations. • Long-Range Planning – comprehensive planning, collect & analyze data, conducting area studies and corridor plans. • GIS – data digitization, map production, modeling, and analytics • Transportation Planning • MPO Management
