Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work includes completing design and preparing bid documents, providing support during bidding and contract award, and providing construction support services for the Ferry Street Sewer Pump Station Project (Project). The existing Ferry Street Sewer Pump Station (SPS) is located in downtown Salem at the intersection of Ferry Street and the Front Street bypass. The City owns and operates the pump station. The pump station is currently located in the raised median strip between the northbound Front Street on-ramp onto Front Street and the southbound lanes of Front Street at the Ferry Street intersection. Ferry Street and Front Street are under the jurisdiction of the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT). The Ferry Street SPS was constructed in the 1960s and serves a drainage basin of approximately 69 acres. The Project consists of replacing the existing Ferry Street SPS with a new SPS and gravity emergency overflow pipeline.
