1. Contractor mobilization and demobilization to and from Project site. 2. Contractor project management, site management, and contract administration (general conditions, supplemental general conditions, and general requirements) as specified in Construction Documents from Notice to Proceed through Project Closeout. 3. Contractor shall be responsible for all demolition required to facilitate the Contractor’s scope of work per the Construction Documents and existing conditions. All haul-off and disposal of demolition debris shall be included. 4. Contractor is to include all clearing and grubbing of the project site, including all disposal, chipping and hauling. 5. Contractor shall include all layout/staking as required for their work. 6. Contractor shall include all erosion control per the NPDES and other AHJ guidelines and per Construction Documents. This will include temporary and permanent grassing, maintenance of silt fence and NPDES reporting documents. 7. Contractor shall include strip and haul-off all topsoil as required and per the Construction Documents. Contractor shall include backfilling and spreading of topsoil behind curb and gutters and all disturbed areas as required. 8. Contractor shall include all cut and fill of the site as required, per the Construction Documents. Contractor is to place and compact structural fill, as required to meet all Construction Documents grades. Contractor to include any and all structural import of fill as required to complete scope of work. This includes removal off-site any material not needed.
