Building Design: Building plan configuration and elevation elements, including exterior building skin materials and colors, foundation, structural and roof systems, building fenestration and openings, overall dimensions, materials testing requirements, Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing design including systems, equipment and calculations, energy and performance compliance, systems review, coordination and integration to include all utilities and controls.
