Specifications include, but are not limited to: Basic Survey Requirements: 1. Complete boundary survey and parcel breakdown performed in accordance with all applicable federal, state and county laws, regulations, guidelines, and recording requirements. 2. Find or set boundary monuments at the corners of the property. Additionally, set property line markers as necessary in positions such that line-of sight is maintained between monuments. 3. Reset found boundary monuments to current standard if necessary. Survey Map Requirements: 1. A recorded map meeting applicable state statutes for the jurisdiction in which the property Is located. 2. Indicate and describe monuments found or set. 3. Indicate and describe line markers set. 4. Indicate surveyed acreage of the property
