The perimeter encompasses approximately 1900 linear feet. - Project Goals: Enhanced Security: Make the Maintenance Yard a secure area for the entire Public Works Department, preventing unauthorized access and protecting assets. Privacy and Aesthetics: Provide privacy for operations and shield unsightly views of roll carts, trash trucks, and equipment storage, contributing positively to the facility's aesthetics from the street view. Safety: Reduce potential safety hazards. Longevity and Durability: Ensure the fencing withstands environmental factors, maintains security, and remains visually appealing over time. 3. Scope of Services The selected Firm will be responsible for the following: - Installation of privacy fencing along the entire perimeter of the City's Maintenance Yard and five gates to access the facility. - The fencing should be durable, weather-resistant, and provide a high level of security and privacy, up to 8 ft high - All materials must meet industry standards and be suitable for long-term outdoor use. - The contractor is responsible for all necessary permits, labor, materials, equipment, and debris disposal.
