Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The work to be performed under this Contract shall include the furnishing and paying for all machinery, tools, equipment, labor, materials, shipping as necessary to complete the work. 2. Comply with the Construction Safety Procedures and shall perform all construction contractor’s responsibilities identified in FAA Advisory Circular 150/5370-2F (or most current edition). 3. Removal of existing tinting, if present, and cleaning of windows. 4. Installation of 3M Prestige 40 window tint or approved equivalent. 5. Proper storage of all construction waste, demolition material, contractor equipment, etc. until such time that these items may be shipped and disposed of at a landfill that accepts construction and demolition waste.
