Specifications include, but are not limited to: The functions of the Administrator shall be to monitor and exercise cost control where a potential liability for unemployment compensation payment rests with the State of New Mexico participants. To accomplish those functions, the principal duties of the Administrator shall include: a. Receive all claims from the State Department of Workforce Solutions (DWS); b. Timely distribute all notification of claims, determinations and appeals hearings to State Agency customers; notices must be provided with sufficient time to allow for response by impacted agencies, schools and local public bodies. c. Provide all related documentation/information to DWS as provided by State Agencies relative to each claim. Offeror is responsible for communicating all notification of claim filings within the timeframe required by statute for mailing timely responses per the notifications of Unemployment Compensation claim.; d. Monitor all unemployment open claims and those that are closed by tracking and reporting the number of claims, whether the ruling was favorable, non-favorable, pending claims, the number of hearings, potential liability, charges to date and savings
