Specifications include, but are not limited to: This paving project comprises a county wide On-call asphalt patching and paving bid package for areas located within Pickens County. The project includes patching, pavement repair, and replacement. All new installation and work shall stay within the County’s prescribed ditch-to-ditch right-of-way. The project will incorporate asphalt patching and paving as requested by Pickens County where possible within the County’s right-of-way and without impacts to existing utilities and jurisdictional wetlands or streams. Existing hydraulic features (ditches, outfall locations, and pipe sizes) will be maintained. Construction materials, techniques, and specifications shall adhere to SCDOT’s regulations and standards.
