Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Cookeville will receive sealed bids until 2:00 PM (CDT), Wednesday, May 22, 2024, for a qualified licensed General Contractor to provide pre-construction services for the construction of two new 16,977 square foot Fire Stations for the City of Cookeville Fire Department, Cookeville, Tennessee. Fire Station 3 will be located at 438 Gould Drive, Cookeville, TN 38506. Fire Station 2 will be located at a site determined at a later date. The intent will be for Fire Station 2 and Fire Station 3 to be identical in design. The two different sites will require individual site designs.
