permanent supportive and transitional housing services provided to adult households and family households with minor child(ren). Services are being procured for the Housing Stability service area of the Human Services and Public Health Department (“HSPHD”). Permanent supportive housing is a non-time limited place of residency that offers supports and services to residents in order to stabilize in and maintain their housing. Transitional housing allows residents to stay up to 24 months while receiving supportive services with a goal of finding permanent housing. The County anticipates assigning approximately $1,050,000 annually to provide permanent supportive housing and transitional housing services for adult only households and for family households with minor child(ren) experiencing homelessness or housing instability. The county anticipates awarding multiple contracts with no set maximum per awarded proposal.
