Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project consists of Sidewalk replacement and construction at the general locations shown on the included Exhibit. The intent of this project is to replace the sidewalk to be ADA complaint without damaging the existing adjacent and/or abutting sidewalks or drive approaches. However, a contingency quantity has been included for the void fillings below the sidewalks, on an as-needed basis. Project may include additional work associated with or affected by the construction activities. The approximate quantities of the sidewalk replacement project are: 1. Remove & Replace 4" Concrete Sidewalk 2921.00 S.F. 2. Borrow Material/Select Fill or AB-3 5.00 C.Y. 3. Inlet Protection 17.00 Each 4. Seeding, Fertilizing and Mulch 0.10 AC. 5. Traffic Control 1.00 LS.
