Specifications include, but are not limited to: The first floor kitchen will be receiving new cabinets to replace the current units to enhance the aesthetics of the room. Demo will consist of removing current counter tops, cabinets, overhead cupboards and backsplash. Contractor then will install install new cbinets, pantry’s and cupboards that will be supplied by others. Alternate cost to install new backsplash will be an option for installation by contractor doing the demolition. • Contractor to demo existing cabinets, backsplash tile, and countertops in contractor supplied dumpster. • Contractor to demo part of the flooring around cabinets where needed to allow for new cabinets and counter tops and ‘bar style’ dining seating area so new flooring will be level with new units installed. • Contractor to remove peninsula counter and cabinets, northwest cabinet along the wall will have a new cabinet installed to finishes the bottom section where the peninsula was removed. • Contractor to install new cabinets, countertops, pantries, hardware, table that is being supplied by others. • South wall will have new pantry cabinets installed and 3 (three) refrigerator openings created. One soffit will be framed, drywalled, taped, mudded, and prepared to finish level for painting. (Painting completed by others.) • The contractor will build out 2 walls for refrigerator and cabinet placement. One mini wall by kitchen cabinets to be built out to give a finished view once cabinets/counter installed. • Ceiling tile and grid to stay the same. • The current refrigerator will have a pantry installed where the refrigerator once was located. Pantry supplied by others. • Contractor to be responsible for dust control.
