Specifications include, but are not limited to: Electric Administration and Distribution Warehouse • Location – 411 E. 3rd Avenue • Required Schedule – Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 7:30am and 11:00am • Secure/access-controlled facility – all employees will be required to pass CJIS background check. • Facility information – Approximately 1500 Sq. ft. of carpet and approximately 1500 sq. ft. of tile • Tasks to be completed every visit: o Clean front entry o Vacuum all floor mats o Dust all surfaces o Dust HVAC supply/return vents (Including bathroom vent fans) o Vacuum all carpeted areas (including stairways and landings) o Sweep/mop all non-carpeted areas o Empty all waste baskets, trash, recycle, and shredder bins, replace liners o Spot clean carpet to remove stains spills, etc. o Wipe down conference room table, shelves, and filing cabinets o Clean white dry erase drawing boards in upstairs/downstairs conference rooms and Backup Control Center o Wipe down break room tables/chairs/counters Clean microwave o Clean restrooms (total of 4 including Barn #1) Sweep, clean and disinfect floor Clean and disinfect entire toilets, urinals and partitions Polish glass and metal Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, door handles and light switches Stock toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap Empty all waste containers and replace can liners Stillwater Energy Center • Location – 2000 E. Airport Road • Required Schedule – Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7:30am to 11:00am • Secure/access-controlled facility – all employees will be required to pass CJIS background check. • Facility Information – Approximately 4800 Sq. ft. tile floor; 1200 Sq. ft. carpet • Tasks to be completed every visit: o Sweep/mop all non-carpeted areas o Empty all waste baskets, trash, recycle and shredder bins, replace liners o Wipe down break room tables/chairs/counters o Clean microwaves o Vacuum all floor mats o Clean and disinfect water fountain o Wipe down kitchen counters o Vacuum carpeted areas o Dust all surfaces o Dust HVAC supply/return vents (Including bathroom vent fans) o Clean ALL glass windows, inside and outside o Clean front entrance exterior under awning o Clean restrooms (3 total – 2 in break room, and 1 in control center) Sweep, clean and disinfect floor Clean and disinfect entire toilets, urinals and partitions Polish glass and metal Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, door handles and light switches Stock toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap Empty all waste containers and replace can liners
