Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1: Provide design concepts for Eco Experience display areas Based on input provided by the State’s Authorized Representatives and informed by the goals as noted in paragraph two of the “Overview” above, conceptualize and help design the exhibit area, exhibit placement, lighting, spacing, pedestrian flow as well as providing materials and design concepts for individual displays within the Eco Experience exhibit area. A. Participate in at least two meetings with State’s Authorized representatives on existing concepts. B. Produce draft concepts for individual displays within the exhibit area. C. Revise, review and finalize concepts based on feedback from the draft concepts. D. Provide final list of concepts in writing, and include visual layouts where applicable. Task 2: Provide a written plan to produce the Eco Experience exhibit Provide a written plan to produce the exhibit that includes at least but not limited to the following items: A. Description and inventory of each individual display component. B. Materials needed for each individual display component. C. Timeline for production of individual display components. D. Plans for fabrication of support materials (platforms for puzzle, appliances and other components). E. Estimating labor cost and materials costs of fabrication and exhibit production. F. Attention to safety and accessibility (ADA) for exhibit displays/components
