Specifications include, but are not limited to: All proposed services shall be in accordance with this RFP, including its attachments and any addenda. The scope of work generally consists of the following tasks: - Design of the backup generator system. - Preparation of all necessary permit applications, forms, or documents to obtain all necessary permits by authorities having jurisdiction. - Material and equipment procurement of the backup generator system. - Construction of the DLNR approved and permit approved design. - System start-up, commissioning, and in-service operation of the fully functional and operational backup generator system. - Provide DLNR with all project close-out documentation, including but not limited to As-Built Drawings, Operating & Maintenance Manuals, Maintenance Schedules, and Warranties. - Provide DLNR and DOFAW personnel training on the site-user operation and maintenance of the installed system.
