Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of Mesa Unified School District #4 (District) to secure a fully qualified contractor, to enter into a preventive maintenance and repair agreement, which will provide not only routine preventive maintenance service, but also emergency repair service for the equipment listed herein. The contractor shall include all the necessary labor and material for all major repairs and/or replacement of parts that have failed unexpectedly at no additional cost to the District. The contractor must be able to access, diagnose and perform all repairs on the chillers using all manufactures software programs. The contract will cover all labor and parts listed in these guidelines as part of the contract. Therefore, there shall be no extra billing at the end of or during the contract term. If any situation should arise that would require additional billing, then that work can only be done with prior approval of Operations Supervisory personnel and even then cannot be done without issuance of a purchase order for the work to be billed against. In addition, contractor may be requested to provide repair service for equipment not currently on contract.
