The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals for competitive negotiations pursuant to 200 KAR 5:307. Tourism, Arts & Heritage Cabinet is seeking a single vendor to provide an integrated turnkey Property Management System (PMS), Point of Sale (POS) and Merchant Services Card Process System (MCPS) to include hardware, software, and onsite & remote training. The Property Management System (PMS) is utilized to manage checkins/check-outs, reservations, group sales and related activities by our seventeen (17) state resort parks and John James Audubon State Park. The current PMS does not fully integrate or interface with our current POS system. Vendor must provide onsite and remote training. The Point of Sale (POS) is utilized to manage catering, food services, golf shops and retail outlets at forty-four (44) state parks, one (1) cafeteria, Berea Artisans Center and the Kentucky History Center. The System will be integrated with the Property Management System (PMS) and merchant service card process system (MCPS). Vendor must provide onsite and remote training.
