Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Provide any permits to perform work, if required. b. Survey existing conditions of signage before presenting proposed design to project lead. c. Provide all labor and materials to remove any old signage designated for replacement. d. Provide all labor and materials to retrofit existing sign footprint with a new main ID flat acrylic faces with custom color graphics on existing base structure. e. Provide a licensed electrician to pull and connect any required electrical wiring for marquees without current power supply. Information on power status is provided in the list of installation locations. f. Install new LED message center board in compliance with the specifications outlined below. g. Provide Performance plus Labor and Material Payment Bonds at 100% of the project value for the life of the project prior to project kickoff. h. Contractor shall complete all work within 90 days of contract unless specifically approved by the project lead. i. Contractor will provide any warranty information and clearly define repair request routing. j. Contractor shall not interfere with school operations or traffic. k. Contractor shall leave all work areas clear of any trash and debris upon completion. Specifications for Digital Displays: a. Daktronics GS6-40x125-15.85-RGB-2V double sided full color with 15.85mm pixel pitch LED message center with cell modem and lifetime cell plan OR equivalent board and communication software. b. Provide all software terms and conditions along with security controls for evaluation by the District. c. Web-based software compatible with the workstations and browser outlined with sign-on credentials to control messaging and graphics that does not require a dedicated tablet or computer workspace. Any applications will be hosted outside the District network. d. Training for District users in software operation for the signs. e. 24/7 online support for users to resolve any issues with software operation or outages.
