1. Disconnection, removal and off-site disposal of existing fire alarm system as per contract drawings and specifications. 2. Furnish and install new fire alarm system as per contract drawings and specifications. 3. General Contractor shall be responsible for all permit and required acceptance testing fees. 4. General Contractor shall be responsible for fees associated with Micro-key data entry at the CMHAPD. 5. The General Contractor shall contract with the CMHA elevator maintenance contractor, and pay for all costs associated with the interface of the existing elevators and the new fire alarm system. 6. The General Contractor shall contract with the CMHA emergency generator maintenance contractor, and pay for all costs associated with the interface of the existing generator automatic transfer switch and the new fire alarm system. 7. The General Contractor shall contract with the CMHA sprinkler maintenance contractor, and pay for all costs associated with the interface of the existing sprinkler system and the new fire alarm system. 9. All surface mounted annunciation devices shall be mounted on fire alarm system manufacturer factory device boxes.
