Specifications and requirements to follow. 2. Samples, Product Information, and Technical Specifications: Please note the bid specifications enclosed in your regular bid envelope. Samples, product information and/or technical data are required when submitting a bid for items other than as specified. All samples will be furnished at the expense of the contractor including freight charges. APS does not provide written request for samples other than this bid. The burden of proof shall lie with the contractor. If the item specifications require samples other than as indicated in this clause, the specifications shall govern. Sample product must reference the bid number, item number, and your company.
