Cooling Tower cleaning & sanitization to include: Manpower and Equipment: Thorough power washing of distribution deck, tower fill and sump after cleaning. Remove all debris from sump and dispose and sanitize with sodium hypochlorite passivate system with corrosion control chemicals. Spring - before July Fall - before January Note: Power washing is estimated at two men at 8 hours to achieve professional cleanliness. Unit should be free of scaling and debris.
