Specifications include, but are not limited to: WORK SCOPE 1 - TO BE COMPLETED BY AUGUST 25, 2024 | | Provide a labor only cost to replace and reprogram approximately 1,700 older Persona lock controllers in approximately 25 building at URI with new | controllers (IN-120-EM03-0A WIFI Controllers) supplied by URI. | This work will include installing battery support plates and mounting plates supplied by URI as well. | Provide a unit price per lock for replacement and reprograming. | This work will be performed during normal work hours from 7 AM to 4 PM. | Base your bid on 1,700 locks in 25 URI buildings. | This work is to be performed Summer of 2024 with completion expected by August 25, 2024. | This work will be performed in scattered buildings based on the need for replacement/repair. URI will provide direction as to the lock repair | order. Locks will need to be replaced/repaired based on user needs and the University will work with the vendor to create a schedule. WORK SCOPE 2 | Work to be performed after 1,700 locks (WORK SCOPE 1) are installed, starting likely after August 25, 2024. | This work must be performed by ASSA Abloy, PERSONA certified technicians who are will be responsible to fully provision each WIFI | controller/lock into the PERSONA URI campus online system.
