The vendor must: 7.1. Provide oily water removal and disposal or recycling services. 7.2. Provide used oil removal and disposal or recycling services. 7.3. Provide used filter removal and disposal or reclycling services. 7.4. Coordinate services through the TxDOT PM or designated TxDOT representative. A list of designated TxDOT representatives involved in the administration of this purchase order will be submitted to the vendor upon award of the purchase order. 7.5. Coordinate activities with federal and state environmental agencies and emergency responders, as needed. 7.6. Provide all required safety equipment and instruct personnel to observe all safety policies, rules, and requirements at all times including, but not limited to, wearing hard hats, safety shoes, goggles, etc. 7.7. Provide a primary point of contact. 7.8. Conduct driver license checks annually on vendor staff that drive to and from TxDOT work locations to verify compliance with paragraph 6.6. 7.9. Provide an updated list of all vendor personnel or subcontractors at each job site and comply with all security measures required by TxDOT. 7.10. Ensure personnel do not use personal multi-media devices while performing services for TxDOT unless furnished by the vendor to facilitate communication with TxDOT or the vendor. 7.11. Report the following violations: Report the following to TxDOT within 10 days of occurance: 7.11.1. Any formal enforcement action against the respondent, any subcontractor, or disposal facility by EPA, TCEQ, or both. 7.11.2. When three or more violations are issued by the USDOT or DPS, or both during a two year period.
