Pest Monitoring: Install and maintain pest monitoring devices strategically across the campuses to detect and monitor pest activity. Reporting: Provide detailed reports following each service visit, which should include findings, actions taken, and recommendations for preventive measures. Verification sheets must be signed by the cafeteria manager upon completion of each monthly service call. Emergency Response: Offer prompt response and emergency services in the event of sudden pest outbreaks or infestations. All callbacks are to be provided with no additional charge and service must be performed within three working days of notification. Compliance: Ensure all services comply with local, state, and federal regulations governing pest control and pesticide usage.
