Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued to solicit proposals from qualified, experienced, financially sound, and responsible Track & Field (T&F) synthetic surfacing contractors with recent NCAA or World Athletics (WA) experience to renovate the existing UK Outdoor T&F facility located in Lexington, Kentucky. The scope of work of this Project consists of the removal, repair, supply, installation and warranting of all materials and products, including all labor, superintendence, equipment, temporary power, transportation, lighting, plant and tools related to the construction of the work as herein specified in this RFP and Attachments. The selected firm must provide all construction services necessary to repair and resurface the outdoor T&F facility with the guidelines, standards and limitations contained in the RFP.
