Specifications include, but are not limited to: • A customizable online survey for a 360-degree evaluation that can be used for up to 55 active employees (55 surveys and an unlimited number of raters). • Online and/or hard copy help instruction materials for administrators and employees needing assistance to understand how to use the system. • The capability for system administrators to import employee lists for the purpose of assigning evaluations. • The capability to automatically collect names and email addresses of all raters who will contribute ratings to an employee. This must include the ability for an employee to be rated by up to four peers, up to four stakeholders, two managers in his/her hierarchy, up to four direct and indirect reports in his/her hierarchy at a minimum. • The capability for system administrators or employees being rated to review and approve all raters. • The capability to configure and customize automated email reminders to raters and employees. • The capability of customizing and inputting survey questions of MAA’s choosing. • The capability of providing a dashboard that indicates the status of each employee’s, 360 degree survey (complete, incomplete, not started etc.), during the survey administration process. • The capability to generate data-rich feedback reports from survey results that include actionable insights and pinpoint opportunities for employee development and training. • The capability to integrate business intelligence tools (e.g. utilization of tags, upload employee directory/hierarchy) in the survey collection process in order to automate the distribution of the survey, increase employee engagement, and collect survey responses in a timely fashion. • The capability to designate up to five MAA system administrators and to change them in the future, if needed. • The capability of adding future active employees and archiving all data, reports, etc. associated with MAA employees who may separate from the company, should that occur. Archived data should be accessible to MAA system administrators for retrieval (system resiliency) • The capability of all MAA administrators to access and reconfigure as needed all system data, customizations, configurations, features, etc. without being limited by the administrator who created it (system resiliency).
