The Kansas Department for Wildlife and Parks is seeking competitive bids for a stand-alone Roller Mill with vertical auger unloading that meets or exceeds the following specifications. Unit shall require only minimal assembly prior to use Roller Mill 1. Stand-alone unit, that doesn’t require permanent installation/anchoring. 2. Provide all steel construction with painted finish. 3. Ability to process 250-300 bushels of dried corn per hour. 4. Hopper storage capacity shall be minimum of 2.5 bushels dried corn. 5. Roller motor shall be 5HP 1PH rated for roller mill application. 6. Rollers shall be at least 1-3/4” (5cm) in diameter with 11 grooves per inch. 7. Rollers shall be high carbon steel, hardened (60 Rockwell C). 8. Roller setting shall provide quick (seconds) adjustment for desired size and ease of use via a single lever. 9. Vertical discharge auger of 5” Diameter capable of tilting. a. Auger drive unit/motor shall be 3/4HP 1PH rated for auger application. b. Auger height shall be minimum of 5-feet and maximum of 10-feet vertical height. c. Auger discharge tube shall be corrugated flexible pipe material of sufficient length to allow user to fill bags/containers easily. d. Auger shall be all steel construction with painted finish. 10.
