Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project consists of removal and replacement of failing concrete pavement panels on SW 17th Street at the driveway entrance of the parking area located between SW Wanamaker Road. and SW Arvonia Place. The deteriorating concrete pavement panels are located on the westbound lane of SW 17th St. which is in close proximity to the SW 17th St. & SW Wanamaker intersection, pose a significant concern. The concrete pavement panels are right in front of the parking area, is undergoing severe structural damages. See Exhibit B & C for general construction limits. However, the exact project limits will be marked by the Construction Inspector prior to the beginning of construction. This segment of the street has a high volume of vehicular traffic. One lane of traffic in each direction on SW 17th St. shall be maintained at all times during construction. One of the driveway entrances must remain open to traffic at all times during construction. Therefore, work will only be permitted at one location at a time. Exhibit D & E demonstrates the typical Temporary Traffic Control Plan for the project.
