The State of Tennessee, Department of Commerce and Insurance, Division of Regulatory Boards, Tennessee Real Estate Commission (“TREC”), has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to procure one (1) contract for the development and administration of the following licensure examinations: (i) Real Estate Broker; (ii) Affiliate Broker; (iii) Time-Share Salesperson; and (iv) Acquisition Agent. Based on historical data, over each year of the resulting Contract’s Term, the State expects the Contractor to administer an average of eight hundred and forty-one (841) national Real Estate Broker examinations, nine hundred and two (902) State Real Estate Broker examinations, twelve thousand two hundred (12,200) national Affiliate Broker examinations, nine thousand six hundred and thirty (9,630) State Affiliate Broker examinations, six hundred and forty (640) Time-Share Salesperson examinations, and two hundred and eighty-five (285) Acquisition Agent examinations.
