Specifications include, but are not limited to: SCSD6’s goal is to provide its employees and their dependents with low or no cost, quality, immediate care. Provider will utilize an existing SCSD6 building, establishing a clinic to include a minimum of one exam room, janitorial and linen closets, large restroom, drug screen room, and patient waiting area. Provider will staff and manage onsite center to address the health needs of SCSD6 employees and their dependents. Provide a convenient access to care and minimize time away from work. Provider will coordinate with employees existing primary care service provider and provide primary care services to employees without a primary care provider. Provider will provide clinical expertise and ease of data sharing of patient records to promote continuity of care and coordination of care in-network. Provider will become an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield and include clinic management services such as billing and account management, custom implementation, recruitment, training, and retention of qualified center staff, robust reporting capabilities and performance metrics and patient satisfaction surveys. Provide services for DOT drug and alcohol screenings. Provider will provide an occupational health option for SD6 not to replace the approved providers for workers compensation visits.
