Road Runner Hill, Willcox, AZ 85643 • The 2014 NEC governs this work. • This electrical work is to provide power for a new roof-mounted heat pump HVAC system that will be installed once the electrical work is completed. • Run power to electric heat pump on roof. • Provide 230 volts 60 amp disconnect to where heat pump will be connected on roof. The existing disconnect can be reused for the unit. (The new disconnect will be used for the heat strips). • Determine if an electrical service panel upgrade is needed and if so, update the electrical service panel. • Confirm with electric company that the existing service conductors will accommodate the service upgrade. • Before beginning work, notify Cochise County Development Services Department if conductors must be upgraded and the amount of the fee to do this, if any.
