Specifications include, but are not limited to: A breakdown of locations and quantities are below: • *Rabbit Ridge Camp Loop next to entrance—2 total units - 1 standard size/1 Handicap accessible— for camping season, then reduce to 1 unit for October and November. • *Sunflower Day Use Area – 2 Units. Locations: Parking Lot—1 standard size for camping season (estimated dates mid-April through October). 1 standard unit in youth scout area #2. • *RC Flying Field Parking Lot—1 unit, Handicap accessible, all year • Windsurfer Beach May 1st to October 31st, standard unit size. o Weekly cleaning shall be included in price. o Servicing of units includes replenishing supplies. o Cost to maintain and repair all toilets is to be borne by Contractor, unless damage is caused by Department staff. o Unserviceable units that cannot be repaired on-site within 24 hours of notification by the Department, must be removed and replaced within 24 hours after determining they are unserviceable. o Additional cleanings shall be upon request at the established pricing. o Holiday service shall be provided upon request at the established pricing. o Year-round units shall be delivered and in place at the specified place upon start date of the contract. Camping season units shall be delivered and in place no later than April 1, 2019. o The Contractor may not charge for units left on-site during months not required, if the Contractor chooses not to remove the units. o The Department reserves the right to add/delete sites (as required) and at rates consistent with the contract for the additional sites. o Additional Units may be requested during periods of high use, such as Holiday weekends, special events and/or emergencies. o Dates/terms may be shortened or extended at seasonal locations depending on weather or other factors. o Can request additional units during special events or holidays thru out park.
