Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1: Remove the building and foundation to a minimum of two (2) feet below final grade. All demolition debris must be lawfully hauled to an approved disposal site. Disposal reciepts and/or proof of lawfull disposal must be provided to the City upon request. 2: Back fill the basement/crawl space with CLEAN earth or rubble fill not to exceed 30% rubble. No pieces of stone or concrete fill shall exceed 10"x10"x10". Spread a minimum of six (6") inches of CLEAN earth over the rubble fill. Finished surface shall not contain any gravel or rocks. 3: Remove the yard walks and steps. 4: Basements and voids on the site shall be filled and compacted to meet the contract specifications in paragraph 2.18; 5: Grade the lot to conform to existing contours, unless otherwise specified. 6: Remove steps from the public sidewalk, repair walk in accordance with specifications of the City Engineer. (Seperate permit is required by the Engineering Division.) 7: Protect all property line fencing during wrecking operations. Property line fence to remain unless otherwise specified. 8: Take down and remove the garage/accessory building. 9: Take necessary steps to protect the adjoining property. 10: Remove driveway and drive apron. Repair curb and sidewalk in accordance with Department of Transportation and Engineering requirements. (Separate permit, inspection and approval from DOTE is required.)
