Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Basic Maintenance 1. Basic Maintenance to all sites as listed below, Scope of Work/Specifications, item 4 Site Information. 2. Maintenance shall consist of 52 visits per year. 3. Mowing will be performed weekly during the growing season, typically 23 weeks (not to include sports turf). 4. Prune, trim and weed all shrubs and shrub beds around buildings, structures, driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, etc. as needed, for a uniform appearance, with a minimum of 12 times per year. 5. Trimming around sprinkler heads shall be done as necessary to provide maximum water coverage & sprinkler operation. 6. All large ornamental grasses and flowering plants will be seasonally pruned 2 times per year
