Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide a bulk storage container for the UHP Helium meeting the following specifications: o Must be a mini-tube trailer capable of storing a minimum of 24,000 CF of UHP. o Must fit in an area 12 feet wide by 29 feet long. o Tube must be rated to 2400 psi with 10% overfill rating. o Contractor shall be responsible for installation and continued maintenance/support of all necessary hardware (regulators, stainless steel tubing, fittings, etc.) to connect the tube trailer to the SLED Forensics Services Laboratory building supply and separate hardware to serve as a filling station. o Building supply pressure shall be approximately 75 – 80 PSI. o Contractor shall provide a cellular telemetry system that allows monitoring by both SLED and the contractor and provide automatic notification to the vendor when refilling is required. o Must contain a backup container or be configured to allow for backup cylinders. o Must be refilled onsite by a helium tube trailer.
