Specifications include, but are not limited to:Nickerson ADA Ramp to Back Entrance 1. Provide a dumpster to be placed on-site. 2. Provide permits and fees. 3. Furnish and install one ADA threshold at the back door entrance. 4. Grade existing surface. 5. Compact ground prior to pouring. 6. Form, pour, place and finish concrete at porch area up to finished floor approx. 7 1/2' long x 12 1/2' wide and a section of ADA compliant walkway approx. 8' wide x 12' long. 7. Concrete is 3,500 Lbs. psi at a minimum of 4" thick reinforced with 6" x 6" welded wire mesh. 8. Finish is steel troweled, broomed and edged with control and, or expansion joints installed where applicable. 9. Fabricate and install two metal handrails for the ramp. 10. Paint handrails. 11. The Contractor shall dispose of all debris. Nickerson ADA Bathroom 1. Remove existing doors leading to the bathroom. 2. Widen two doorways 3/0 x 6/8 opening leading to the bathroom. 3. Repair subfloor if needed. 4. Build a frame for the door to match existing trim. 5. Prep and paint all the walls and ceiling inside the bathroom. 6. Prep and paint one new wall outside the bathroom. 7. Install grab bars per plan specifications. 8. Relocate light switches. Existing light fixture to remain. 9. Install one tank type ADA toilet American Standard or Kohler Alternative. 10. One wall mount lavatory with a manual faucet. 11. Provide and install two ADA marble thresholds. Nickerson Sealing Building From Rodents 1. Inspect exterior, and attic for rodent intrusion. 2. Repair and seal all found intrusion.
