The City of Thomasville (“City”) is seeking an independent contractor (“Proposer”) to provide an Onsite Employee Wellness Center (“Clinic”). Proposals are requested for the Clinic setup, operations, administration and professional medical services. The intent of the Clinic is to provide primary, acute, and episodic health care, wellness services to improve the rate of early diagnosis resulting in timely intervention/prevention and treatment, outreach and coaching on healthier lifestyles, occupational medical services, and high-quality care and programs to reduce overall costs while enhancing employee satisfaction and convenience. All employees, dependents, and retirees covered under the City’s health plan are eligible for care at the Clinic.
