Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1.1 Deliver fast effective service to University Departments. 4.1.2 Contain the overall costs of a responsive Program. 4.2 The proposed solution shall: 4.2.1 Be expandable, as needed, to meet Contract goals and objectives. 4.2.2 Be flexible to the needs of the University. 4.2.3 Be collaborative with University staff and other University Suppliers to advance Contract goals and objectives. 4.3 Services to be Provided by the Supplier 4.3.1 Coordinate with the University to identify improvements available within the market. 4.3.2 Keep the University informed of significant changes and/or trends in the marketplace throughout the year and provide the University with an annual forecast of market conditions. 4.3.3 Advise the University on strategies to reduce costs or improve the University’s program. 4.3.4 Provide a simple reservation system that allows advance notice of golf cart requirements, and a mechanism for reservations to be adjusted up or down based on changing needs, subject to availability. 4.3.5 Supply golf carts in varying quantities and configurations as per the University's requirements. 4.3.6 Ensure that all golf carts are well-maintained and provide support in case of any issues during the rental period
