Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor shall provide scheduled and as needed Septic Cleaning Services to the following services: a. Pump and Haul Program b. Pump all liquids and solids. c. Remove all solids, scum, and sludge as necessary from the tanks, inlet, and outlet sides. d. Inspect the septic, holding, and pump tank system for any cracks or defects and report any system deficiencies immediately. e. Clean outflow screen in septic tanks. f. Dispose all material collected properly. g. Clean / replace oil water separator filters. h. Repairs as needed. 2. All work must comply in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local government laws, ordinances and regulations including all required Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (VDEQ), and Virginia Health Department (VDH) requirements. 3. The Contractor shall keep the area clean of debris generated by the work involved and shall leave the area neat and clean. 4. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, supervision, and any services necessary to perform Septic Cleaning and Repairs. 5. The Contractor shall be capable of providing services 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, 365-days a year.
