Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall be responsible for all labor, material, and equipment necessary to complete the scope of work at David Crockett Birthplace State Park. Contractor shall be responsible to take their own measurements, etc., to properly quote the scope of work. Contractor shall be responsible to remove all debris from construction site and to dispose all debris off state property in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Contractor is expected to perform all work with quality workmanship, to manufacturer specifications and to the latest (state and local) codes. Any deviations from the scope of work shall be executed only with Facilities Management written approval.
